About the Role
Quality is at the core of AGNORA’s operations and creating quality products is central to the company’s mission to “improve the glass industry and demand the best from all players.” We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work with the operations team to plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing efforts for our world-class products that are installed across North America (and sometimes beyond!). The Marketing Manager oversees the promotion of AGNORA’s world class products. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to develop every area of our marketing from strategy, to planning, to implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand positioning to the market via website, advertising, printed and other marketing materials
Control of website and external communication, including media relations
Continued development of internal marketing and communications to foster our employee culture
Develop and execute strategy for attending conferences and tradeshows
Work with internal research and development and new product project management to determine market requirements
Plan and execute new product launches to the market
Establish media plans and product briefs
Ensure that all external marketing material is kept relevant and up to date
Create all content for marketing material including social media
Manage all our social media channels
Work with agencies and third parties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing
Experience managing social media channels
A strong team player, self-starter and highly creative
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Customer focused and service oriented
